While that sounds like a sweet outcome, your opponents get way too much time to find an answer, its uncertain enough that it may not hit the most threatening player, and this card might never have an effect if your opponents think more laterally about how they place their cards

At this point, casting those dragons and/or additional charms will likely give Ramos enough +1/+1 counters on him to activate him again, but since you can only activate him once per turn you can pass the turn to your opponent and then activate Ramos on your opponents turn
